• Case 1: You ordered a hoodie labeled “S–2XL”, but need a 3XL → Ping our WhatsApp team with order # + style name. They’ll check stock *and* flag it for future restocks.
• Case 2: You love a sold-out jacket—but saw it once in 4XL on Instagram Stories → Yep, that was a limited test batch. WhatsApp us. We’ll tell you if it’s coming back—and when.
